Create Useful Goal & Intentions in 2016; Tools for Change
General with good intentions but not useful.
I am going to eat healthy.
Note, in the above example the statement is in the future. Our subconscious thinks that's when it will happen-some day. It is also non-specific with nowhere to start.
I am meditating.
Identify How, When, Where, and with Whom
I am eating diary three times a week. I am exercising three times a week at lunch times for 30 minutes. Also consider what you will need to support yourself to walk-walking shoes, coat, sunscreen or a gym membership, and/or a buddy.
I am meditating for 10-15 minutes on Sun, Wed & Fri, while listening to meditation music, in the big green chair, at 8:45 pm, before I read a book, and before I prepare for sleep.
