Visual and sound awareness are those sounds and intuitive knowings that are present but relegated to the background of our awareness. These auditory and visual experiences also comprise auspicious moments.
*Subtle Sound awareness is the ability to perceive within our outer environment the harmonic fifth also known as the golden ratio.
Are composed of researched patterns of sounds that have that positively affect our heart rate, respiration and brain waves. These include the use of specific drum rhythms, certain Tibetan and crystal bowl sounds, rhythms found in significant musical rhythmic movements and unique vocalizations.
Attunement develops through consistent meditation assignments that facilitate and awaken inner intuitive listening abilities. These practices create a foundation for inner growth through anchoring balance, clarity and intention re-harmonizing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies developing new skills.

Are those states of awareness; specific meditations that allow the observer to flourish. A place that lies in between ordinary consciousness and meditation awareness which develops heightened consciousness, inner sound listening and catalyzes memory. Between awareness also relates to during the state of consciousness of falling asleep and awakening from sleep.
